Melanie King Lake Hartwell Specialist
We’re happy to announce that Melanie King, Lake Hartwell specialist, will be joining the team at Parker Quigley Properties! Melanie is a graduate of Converse College with a BFA in interior design and has been an active realtor since 1995. For most of her real estate career, she has focused on Lake Hartwell, but enjoys working with clients searching for off-lake properties throughout the Upstate. Melanie is experienced, knowledgeable, patient, and diligent — the ideal person to help you in your search for the perfect home!
Parker and Melanie first met in the mid-90’s when they were both starting out in real estate, working at Hartwell Lake Properties. The two formed a friendship at that time and have remained in contact ever since. We’re excited to be working with Melanie again, and there’s no doubt she will be a success as part of our company!
