Southwind Bay Lake Keowee is a waterfront community developed in 2001 which is located in Oconee County, South Carolina. The subdivision consists of a total of 39 home sites: 29 waterfront and 10 interior properties. Interior properties each have a deeded boat slip in the community dock. The subdivision also has a boat ramp at the community docks for residents’ use. The community has an excellent location, merely 10 minutes from shopping, dining, entertainment, and health care in Seneca, South Carolina. To cover the cost of community amenities, as well as street lights, HOA participation is mandatory with an annual fee of $500.
